**Hunter Round** This Sunday The San Diego Archers Will host the Hunter Round This Sunday November 15, 2015 At the Balboa Park Rube Powell Archery Range Registration opens at 7:30am Registration Closes at 8:45am Shoot begins at 9am The Hunter Round includes: 28 2D Paper Hunter Targets 4 Arrows per Target Maximum Score: 560 The Animal Round is a field archery tournament of 28 2D paper targets firing 4 arrows per target from RED colored stakes. In addition to the usual 28 3D targets, we added 6 bonus (real) pumpkin targets, including the challenging "Watermelon-Pumpkin Spread" (just like the Buck-Doe Spread). HALLOWEEN 3D ROUND!! AT THE BALBOA PARK RUBE POWELL ARCHERY RANGE, THIS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2015 Saturday's shoot will be a special Halloween UNMARKED 3D Round! We will have the regular 28 3D animal targets, PLUS six real pumpkins for bonus shots for a total of 34 3D targets! Pumpkins will be scored 10-8-5. Hello Fellow Archers, This weekend is a double whammy and caught us off guard: We moved our Sunday Animal Round to Saturday, October 17 to avoid the congestion associated with the Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk through Balboa Park on Sunday.
