**Animal Round** The San Diego Archers Will host the Animal Round On Sunday, October 19, 2014. Registration opens at 7:30 am Registration closes at 8:45am Shoot begins at 9am The Animal Round includes: 28 2D Paper Animal Targets 1-3 Arrows per Target Maximum Score: 588 Animal Rounds use 2D paper animal targets with 'uneven' distances between 5 and 70 yards, reminiscent of the hunter round. Morley Field Archery Range Temporarily Closed The Morley Field Archery Range will be closed from September 22 until late October. Registration opens at 7:30 am Registration closes at 8:45am Shoot begins at 9am The Unmarked 3D Round includes: 28 3D targets 1 arrow per target NO RANGE FINDERS ALLOWED! A wide range of high quality Rhinehart and Mackenzie targets are set at unmarked yardage in various hunting scenarios. Only one arrow per target is allowed unless mulligans have been purchased. A maximum of two mulligans and one doe tag may be purchased at registration for an additional $1 each. Scoring: 10-8-5 Maximum Score: 280 ...

Morley Field Upgrade Volunteers Needed! Morley Field will be closed for three weeks starting in late September to make necessary safety upgrades. These upgrades include the addition of MANY more target butts, which means MANY more bales need to be made. Additional volunteers are needed to assist the regular bale makers and range maintenance volunteers. With your help, the upgrades can be finished as quickly as possible…opening up the new Morley Field to the public as soon as possible!
